2. OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (OUR BRAND)

We operate as a curated retailer. The products we sell (books) are the intellectual property of their respective creators.

  • Authors & Publishers: All rights to the content of the books (text, stories, images, recipes), as well as the book titles and cover art, belong exclusively to the authors, illustrators, and publishers.

  • Our Role: Our sale of these products is as an authorized retailer. We do not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over the content of the books themselves. All product descriptions and summaries are provided by our publisher/distributor partners, as stated in our Disclaimer.

4. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT & DMCA NOTIFICATION
