Ordering & Payments
1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, add your chosen books to the cart, and click the checkout button. From there, just follow the simple on-screen instructions to enter your shipping and payment details.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure Stripe gateway, as well as payments via PayPal. You can find more details in our Payment Policy.
3. Is my payment information secure?
Absolutely. Your security is our highest priority. We use SSL encryption across our entire site, and we partner with Stripe and PayPal to process payments. This means we never see or store your full credit card information. For a full rundown of our security measures, please see our Payment Policy.
4. Can I cancel my order after I’ve placed it?
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we can issue a full refund immediately. If it has already shipped, it will be treated as a return. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for more information.
Shipping & Delivery
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Great question! Your book’s journey has two parts: a 2-4 business day processing time for us to lovingly pack it, plus a 5-7 business day transit time via USPS. So, you can generally expect your order to arrive at your doorstep in about 7-11 business days. For all the specifics, check out our full Shipping Policy.
6. How much does shipping cost?
We keep it simple: shipping is a flat rate of $7.99 for orders under $199. For all orders $199 and up, shipping is completely free!
7. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to book lovers all across the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
8. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a USPS tracking link. You can click that link to follow your package’s adventure right to your door.
Returns & Refunds
9. What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. The book must be in its original, unread condition. For a complete guide, please read our full Refund and Returns Policy.
10. How do I start a return?
It’s easy! Just send an email to our team at [email protected] with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
11. What if my book arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund for you right away.
12. How long does it take to get a refund?
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
