1. SCOPE & FULFILLMENT MODEL
Resonator Books, LLC ships exclusively within the 48 contiguous United States. As we are a curated retailer, we partner directly with various publishers and distributors to bring you a specialized selection of books.
You acknowledge that your order will be shipped directly to you from our partner’s warehouse facility, not from our administrative office. This allows us to offer a wider and more diverse catalog.
2. ORDER PROCESSING & CUT-OFF TIME

Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order processing cut-off is 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and federal holidays, will be considered placed on the next business day.

Order Processing Time: Please allow 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM PT) for our fulfillment partners to receive, process, package, and prepare your order for shipment.
3. SHIPPING TIME & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping Time: Once processed, your order will be shipped via standard ground service. The estimated shipping transit time is 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Total Estimated Delivery: You can typically expect to receive your order within 7-11 business days (Processing Time + Shipping Time) from the date you place your order.
Disclaimer: All processing and shipping times are good-faith estimates. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as fulfillment depends on our partners and the shipping carriers.
4. SHIPPING RATES & FEES
We offer a transparent, flat-rate shipping structure based on your order total:

Orders over $199.00: FREE Standard Shipping

Orders under $199.00: $7.99 Flat Rate Shipping Fee
This fee covers all shipping and handling charges. We do not charge any additional hidden handling fees.
5. SHIPPING CARRIERS & RESTRICTIONS

Carriers: To ensure reliable delivery, our fulfillment partners select the most appropriate carrier for your order. This may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional ground carriers.

Restrictions:

We ONLY ship to valid physical addresses (home or business) within the 48 contiguous United States.

Because our partners may use carriers (like UPS or FedEx) that do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, we CANNOT ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

We CANNOT ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or any US Territories.

6. SALES TAX
In compliance with United States tax law, Resonator Books, LLC is required to collect sales tax. Applicable sales tax will be calculated automatically and displayed clearly at checkout based on your specific shipping address and local tax rates. We do not charge a flat, arbitrary tax rate.
7. ORDER TRACKING
Once our fulfillment partner has shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Please note that if your order contains books from multiple partners, you may receive separate shipments and tracking numbers.
8. ADDRESS ACCURACY
The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete, valid, and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your information before confirming your order. We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
9. DELAYS OR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
While we strive to keep our catalog availability accurate, an item may occasionally be delayed or go out-of-stock with our publisher or distributor. In such rare cases, we will notify you via email as soon as possible with the option to wait for the item or receive a full refund for that item.
10. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. All issues regarding damaged or lost items are managed according to the terms set forth in our Refund and Returns Policy.
