We offer a 30-day return window for most items, starting from the day you receive your order. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return or Exchange: A Simple 3-Step Guide

Step 2: Await Instructions Our team will review your request and reply with detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.
Step 3: Ship Your Book Back Carefully package the item and ship it using your preferred carrier. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
Refunds: The Financials

Refund Timeline: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

For standard returns (e.g., you changed your mind), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

If you are returning an item because it was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

Exchanges & Damaged Products

Exchanges: The simplest way to exchange an item is to return the original book for a refund and place a new order for the story you’d prefer. This ensures you get your new book as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
Order Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately. If the order has already been shipped, it will be treated as a standard return.
