About Our Store
Q: Where are you located?
Do you have a physical bookstore? A: We are a curated online-only bookstore. Our company, Resonator Books, LLC, is legally registered in California. Our listed address (5525 Oakdale Ave. Suite 155 Woodland Hills, CA 91364, United States) is our administrative office only. It is not a retail store, warehouse, or a location for product returns.
Q: Where do your books ship from?
A: We partner directly with a network of publishers and distributors across the United States. To provide a wide selection, your books are shipped directly to you from our partners’ warehouse facilities.
Ordering & Payment
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We securely accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover) processed through Stripe, as well as payments via PayPal.
Q: Will I be charged sales tax?
A: Yes. In compliance with US law, we are required to collect sales tax. The correct tax rate will be calculated automatically and displayed at checkout based on your specific shipping address.
Q: How do I cancel or change my order?
A: You may request to cancel or change an order within 12 hours of placing it. Please email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. After 12 hours, the order is likely already being processed by our fulfillment partners and cannot be canceled.

Q: When will I receive my order?
A: Our total delivery time is a combination of processing and shipping:

Shipping Time: Standard ground shipping takes an estimated 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri). You can typically expect to receive your order within 7-11 business days from the date of purchase.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If your order includes books from multiple partners, you may receive separate packages and tracking numbers.
Q: Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or internationally?
A: We do not. We ship only to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. We CANNOT ship to:

Q: Why can’t you ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: Our fulfillment partners use a variety of carriers, including UPS and FedEx, which cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

We will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the correct physical warehouse address to send the item to.

A: NO. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT send returns to our administrative address (5525 Oakdale Ave). This office cannot accept packages. Any item sent there will be refused and will not be eligible for a refund.
Q: Who pays for return shipping? A:

If you are returning a book due to “change of mind,” you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the book is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping.
Q: Do you charge a restocking fee?
A: No. We do not charge any restocking fees on accepted returns.
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected at our partner’s warehouse, we will process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method.
Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Due to our fulfillment model, we do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest method is to return the original item for a refund and place a new, separate order for the item you want.
