The Journey of Your Order: Timeline & Process

Every order at Resonator Books has a two-part journey:

1. Preparation & Packing (Order Processing Time):

  • Once your order is placed, our dedicated team of book lovers needs 2-4 business days (Monday – Friday) to carefully select, inspect, and package your books with the care they deserve.

  • Our fulfillment center operates from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT).

  • Daily Order Cut-Off Time: To ensure your order begins processing promptly, please place it before 6:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.

2. In Transit & Delivery (Shipping Time):

  • Once your package is ready, we entrust it to our reliable shipping partner, USPS.

  • The estimated transit time for delivery is 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday).

Therefore, you can typically expect your books to arrive within 7-11 business days from the time you place your order.

Our Shipping Rates: Simple & Sweet

We want to make owning great books as easy as possible.

  • Orders under $199: A flat-rate shipping fee of $7.99.

  • Orders $199 and up: Shipping is on us! It’s completely FREE!

We believe in transparency—there are absolutely no hidden handling charges.

Track the Adventure: Follow Your Order’s Journey

The moment your order leaves our shelves, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email directly to your inbox. This email will contain a tracking link, allowing you to follow your books’ adventure all the way to your doorstep.

Where We Ship (And a Few Places We Can’t)

  • Shipping Area: We currently ship to book lovers all across the United States.

  • Shipping Restrictions: To ensure secure and direct delivery, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time. We appreciate your understanding.

The Important Details: Taxes, Addresses, and More

  • Taxes: A sales tax of 5% will be applied to all orders in accordance with regulations.

  • Address Accuracy: To prevent your books from getting lost on their journey, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate. If you notice an error after ordering, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will do our best to assist if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If your book arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please don’t worry. Reach out to our support team right away. We are committed to resolving any issues and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution within 5-7 business days.

Item Availability

Occasionally, a popular book may be temporarily out of stock or face an unexpected delay. If this affects your order, we will proactively contact you via email to provide an update and offer solutions, such as waiting for the item or choosing a different book.
