1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

This website (resonatorbooksllc.com, the “Site”) is owned and operated by Resonator Books, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide this Site, including all information, tools, and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions,” “Terms”). These Terms apply to all users of the Site. Please read them carefully.

2. BUSINESS MODEL & FULFILLMENT DISCLOSURE

Resonator Books, LLC is an independent online book retailer. We operate as a curator by establishing direct partnerships with publishers, authors, and third-party distributors.

You expressly understand and acknowledge the following:

  • A. Third-Party Fulfillment: Products sold on our Site (including Biographies, Cookbooks, and Literature) are shipped directly to you from the warehouse facilities of our various partners located within the United States. We do not operate our own physical warehouse for product inventory.

  • B. Legal & Administrative Address: Our registered company address at 5525 Oakdale Ave. Suite 155 Woodland Hills, CA 91364, United States serves as our legal registration and administrative office only. This address is NOT a retail storefront, a warehouse, or a location for customer returns. All returns must be sent to the specific return address provided in our Refund and Returns Policy.

  • C. Product Availability: All orders are subject to product availability from our fulfillment partners.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We strive to ensure that all information on the Site, including product descriptions, cover images, and pricing, is accurate. This information is often provided directly by our publishing partners. We do not warrant that all descriptions are complete or error-free. If a product you receive is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition per our Refund and Returns Policy.

4. PRICING, PAYMENTS & TAXES

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept payments as detailed in our separate Payment Policy. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

Sales tax is not included in the listed price. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, in accordance with US state and local laws.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & RIGHT TO REFUSE

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Limitations on quantities available from our partners.

  • Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.

  • Orders that appear, in our judgment, to be fraudulent or suspicious.

If we cancel your order after your payment method has been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We only ship within the United States. Our shipping procedures, estimated processing times (time for our partners to prepare the order), and estimated delivery times are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

You acknowledge that because fulfillment is handled by third parties, all stated shipping and delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by our partners or shipping carriers.

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

All requests for returns, refunds, or exchanges are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Please review this policy carefully to understand eligibility, the required process, and the correct physical return address, which is NOT our administrative address in Woodland Hills, CA.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property related to the products sold (such as book content, cover art, and author names) belongs to the respective authors and publishers. We sell these items as a licensed retailer. All content created by us on the Site (logos, text, graphics) is the property of Resonator Books, LLC.

9. PRIVACY & PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy describes our data collection practices, including the use of cookies for advertising purposes (e.g., Google, Facebook). As stated in our Privacy Policy and our Do Not Sell My Information page, we do not utilize a pop-up cookie consent banner. The sole method for exercising your right to opt-out of cookie-based tracking or the sale/sharing of data under CCPA/CPRA is by contacting us via the email address specified in those policies.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
